Email support@getutopia.app and a human will reply. We aim to answer within one business day, and within 24 hoursfor anything involving someone’s safety or likeness.

Report content or a person

Fastest route is in the app: open the ••• menu on any profile, look or try-on, or press and hold a card in the feed, then choose Report. You can also Block someone from the same menu — blocking is mutual and immediate, and they are not told.

If it is urgent, or it is an image of you that you did not consent to, email support@getutopia.app with the word URGENT in the subject. We remove non-consensual imagery on sight.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile ▸ ••• ▸ Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your photos, your fit model, your try-ons, your looks and your friendships. It cannot be undone. If you cannot get into your account, email us from the address you signed up with.

Common questions

My try-on is taking a long time.

Generation usually takes 30–60 seconds, and building your fit model for the first time takes 40–70 seconds. Leave the screen open. If it fails, try again — and tell us if it keeps happening.

The try-on doesn’t look like me.

Results are best with a clear, well-lit, front-facing full-body photo and a plain selfie. You can rebuild your fit model any time from Profile ▸ Update model.

Who can see my try-ons?

Nobody, unless you share them. Everything is private by default. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Can I buy the clothes here?

No — tapping Shop opens the retailer’s own site. We do not sell clothing or take payment.

Someone made a try-on using my photo.

Only accepted friends can do that, the result is private, and you can delete it yourself from the notification. You can also block them, which severs the friendship immediately.
